What can I say about Daisy! She is just incredible. A really welcoming, warm person who is so bubbly and very understanding. I go to her Zumba & Megamix classes and she has just set me up a plan to follow in the gym. She is very thorough with your needs and will help you in every way possible to get to where you want to achieve. She will never let you give up and she is everyone's motivation! When you do her classes, they are so fun and you don't even realise you are doing a workout because she makes them so fun & entertaining! I’ve just signed up for the 3rd wave of FitCamp and can’t recommend it highly enough. Due to an injury I was out of action for 6 months and in just 6 short weeks I’m already doing things that seemed impossible a short while ago. The workouts are varied at every session and really push you to whatever level you want to work at. The group has a great community feel to it and there is such a great mixture of ages and abilities, no one feels out of place! I’m so pleased I signed up for this and would encourage anyone wanting a work out that’s fun but pushes you, to do the same!
