Keeping fit, active and healthy has always been a passion of mine and since having my first little girl it became even more important not only to recover from the strains of pregnancy and childbirth but also to keep up with the demands of being a new parent to a very energetic little person!

Whilst on maternity leave, I created Ascend Fitness from a love of health and fitness and helping others achieve their goals! I specialise in pre and post natal and since having my second baby girl, I am on a mission to help as many other mums with their pregnancy and recovery as possible

My background is in dance, having danced my whole life, and I hold qualifications in dance teaching and in fitness. I enjoy a variety of different types of exercise from running to weight training and from street dance to boxing. I think finding the thing you enjoy the most makes getting fit much easier and more likely that you will have the motivation to keep going.
